D.A.N.C.E. for the Community

Diversity awareness must take place in all businesses, organizations and churches across the community. We are all responsible to become educated about our fellow beings so that we can create communities of kindness and inclusion. We are all here for a purpose and our challenge is to learn what those purposes are by exposing ourselves to a variety of circumstances in which we interact. Ignoring or excluding those with differences only causes greater divides. We need to do this because it is the right thing to do.

We perform at business meetings, churches, conferences, conventions, specail events and more.

D.A.Z.L. Entertainment has a two-hour presentation that includes:

  • A brief history and introduction of the D.A.Z.L. and it’s mission Introductions and talks presented by a diverse group of people with a variety of disabilities, giving insight into their daily lives including their successes and their challenges
  • Talks given by typical students from college campuses that have worked along side individuals with disabilities, telling of their experience and how it has impacted their lives and how they will incorporate people with differences into their business, and social lives in the future
  • A variety show including, and highlighting, the talents and achievements of people with disabilities supported by their typical peers thus showing what a community of kindness and inclusion looks like
